A former St. Johns County teacher accused of having sex with a student was back in court on Tuesday.
Dionne Younce, who previously worked at Nease High School, is accused of having sex with a 17-year-old student in her apartment.
Her attorney requested a later court date, so she could have more have time to enter a plea, or negotiate a deal with the state.
