JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Faith leaders, along with City Councilman Reggie Gaffney, visited the JSO command center in Brentwood to deliver water and pray for missing 5-year-old Taylor Williams.

They locked hands with law enforcement officers and prayed for a few minutes over the search efforts.

Gaffney said it's important for the members of the community to lean on their faith and hope for the very best outcome.

"The whole community is frustrated because I keep hearing people say way things keep happening over here," said Gaffney.

"Until she's been located, we're going to believe God. That ... she may be in danger but still safe. Because God has a way of protecting us in unusual ways," said pastor Robert Lecount.
