JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An attorney for the alleged victims of a former pediatric dentist said 81 of the civil cases have been settled.
Dr. Howard Schneider is accused of hurting children at his practice.
The attorney for the families suing is not revealing details, but said an agreement was reached. It comes after the judge decided to step down from the case.
Schneider faces charges of Medicaid fraud. He is expected to be in court on Jan. 21.
