Clay County Fire Rescue saved three dogs from burning house in Keystone Heights

KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. — Clay County Fire Rescue rescued three dogs from a burning home on Indian Trail.

According to a tweet by the organization, crews responded to the call at around 9:41 a.m. and reported a “working fire.”

It was also announced that the Red Cross would be assisting the family and that the state fire marshal was notified and expected to investigate the cause of the fire.

At 10:30 a.m., the organization released an update that crews had controlled the fire. Three dogs were rescued from the house and no injuries were reported to humans or the furry friends.
