CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Kristopher Anthony Louis Fabbro, 35, of Clay County, was arrested Tuesday for unlawful sexual activity with a 16-year-old, police say.

According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, the female victim disclosed to police that the incident occurred in March.
