The tight knit community of Green Cove Springs remembered the three victims of Tuesday's shooting rampage at a vigil held at a salon on Wednesday.

There were tears and prayers at Keeping it Classy as dozens remembered Valorie Short, her father Buddy and Erica Green.

All the victim's photos hung on a wall. A sign was placed on the window of the salon to honor Valorie, who worked as a hairstylist there.

Valorie, a mother of two, was kidnapped from the salon by ex-boyfriend Murray Lancaster on Tuesday.

“Valorie was such a sweet girl. Everyone who loved her, her dad the same way,” said Valorie’s friend Paul Giffis.

Police say Lancaster brought Valorie to her father's work, where he shot and killed them both.

He then killed Green, his ex-wife, at the landfill where she worked. He later killed himself.

Lancaster had two children with Green. She was engaged and soon-to-be married.

Funerals for Valorie and Buddy Short are set for Monday.
