Chef Tom Gray unveiled his dish for this year's Signature Chefs Auction competition: Seared Scallops with farro risotto, sweet potato puree and toasted black walnut vinaigrette.
The Signature Chefs Auction will be held tonight at the Omni Jacksonville and it raises money for the March of Dimes. Each year the competition stirs up a friendly rivalry between North Florida's top chefs.
