JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — There is a crash with injuries westbound on Arlington Expressway at Arlington Road in Jacksonville.
All westbound lanes are reportedly blocked. Drivers should take Atlantic Boulevard to the Hart Bridge as an alternate route.
