JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — 6:30 AM: Two separate crashes with injuries are causing major delays Tuesday morning on Interstate 295 northbound near Zoo Parkway and Alta Drive. One lane is blocked and traffic is backing up on the roadway for drivers coming off the Dames Point Bridge.
