CSX is working to resolve a nine-car derailment Saturday in Jacksonville.
The derailment happened near the intersection of Margaret and Dennis streets in Mixon Town. The 151-car freight train was traveling from Orlando to Waycross, Georgia.
The derailment happened at about 6:15 p.m.
A Jacksonville police officer told Actoin News Jax there are no injuries.
Two Amtrak trains were impacted by the derailment, according to an Amtrak spokesperson. An Amtrak train holding 310 passengers in Orange Park is delayed and waiting for an open track. Another Amtrak train in Orlando with 119 passengers is also delayed.
The cause of the derailment is still being investigated.
