DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — A man faces charges after crashing into a parked Florida Highway Patrol vehicle Monday night on Interstate 95.
The FHP trooper was parked around 9 p.m. within the outside right lane on Interstate 95 near the intersection of State Road 152. The FHP report said the trooper had its emergency lights activated, and it was parked within a marked construction lane closure.

The driver of a Toyota Camry, Ian Albahae, was traveling southbound on I-95 and entered the lane closure and hit the rear of FHP cruiser, according to the report.
The trooper received minor injuries, but was not taken to the hospital.
Albahae was not injured and was arrested for DUI with property damage.
