JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Some Jacksonville Jaguars fans are seeing a warning message regarding social distancing when buying tickets from second-hand ticket selling websites.

The message on one site said “if you select these seats, we can’t guarantee that other fans will be socially distanced from you.”

It’s a problem that Sarah Mathis, Director of Fan Experience for the Jacksonville Jaguars, said they’re noticing. She said not to worry if it pops up on your screen.

Mathis adds that you can go to a guest services booth to get moved because seats will be zip-tied off so that people stay in their designated seats.

“There are some people that are re-selling their tickets,” Mathis said. “In the event that someone purchased two and another person purchased two and they get there and they are not familiar with these individuals, then we will be able to relocate them.”

“Again, our number one goal is keeping everyone safe,” Mathis said.
