JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — A shooting Saturday night in the 200 block of 16th Avenue North left two victims with minor injuries. One victim suffered from a gunshot wound to the ankle, and the second victim was struck with shrapnel in the upper thigh.
The shooting stemmed from an earlier altercation that took place at Monkey’s Uncle Tavern.
34-year-old, Matthew Bowling, was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and discharging a firearm from a moving vehicle.
