Doctors study potential long term effects of COVID-19

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — As patients begin to recover from the coronavirus, some say they are still dealing with symptoms.

A Jacksonville mother who was sick with the virus for more than 40 days just got negative results. However, Meghan Debbie said she still has difficulty breathing.

“Even though I no longer have COVID-19 potentially it damaged my lungs. I still need oxygen to breathe,” Debbie said.
