JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says it has made an arrest after a murder on the city’s Northside on September 27, 2019.
Suspect Terry Hagans, 32, was captured by the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force and charged with murder in the second degree and two counts of armed robbery.
