JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville woman told police she found a mortar while gardening Monday.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the area near the 4100 block of San Juan Avenue and investigated the device.
They determined it was an inert mortar and no one was at risk.
