JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to a deadly crash that killed two people on Friday night. Two other people have been transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
The crash happened in the 13600 block of Normandy Boulevard. When JFRD arrived around 10 p.m. there were two people trapped in a multi-vehicle crash. One person was freed by crews.
The crash shut down all lanes of Normandy Blvd. in the 14000 block of Normandy Blvd.
It is unclear what led to the crash or if it was weather related.
The victims have not been identified.
