JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — 6/14/2021 UPDATE:
Former executive assistant to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office chief of patrol, Arlisa Tarver, has pleaded guilty to unauthorized access to a computer system.
Tarver pleaded guilty Friday, June 11, and has been sentenced to 12 months probation.
Undersheriff Pat Ivey says a civilian employee, Arlisa Tarver, executive assistant to the chief of patrol of 7 years, has been arrested.

She faces two charges, disclosure of confidential info, offenses against uses of computers and computer systems. Tarver resigned.
According to JSO, Tarver accessed a JSO computer database and relayed information to civilians outside the agency. JSO says she was allowed to have the access, but she was not supposed to share that information with others.
Ivey said in a news conference that she would look up violent felons, including people wanted for murder, and told the information to people who were close to those suspects in the system.
