JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting at 7000 Old Kings Road S.
Upon arrival, officers found a male victim in his early 20s who had been shot in the torso. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect is a Black male dressed in all-black clothing. A helicopter was deployed to search for the suspect.
The Violent Crimes Unit is conducting an investigation.
