JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE 10: 14 p.m.: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced the missing 10-year-old boy has been found safe.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 10-year-old boy after family members told authorities he ran away after he got into a verbal argument with a family member.
Kavon Tramel Stephens, 10, was last seen in the 1400 block of West State Street in New Town, according to JSO.
He is 5′5′', 115 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, black pants and black shoes.
Anyone having seen or who may know Kavon’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office immediately at 904-630-0500.
