JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Local bar owners from across Northeast Florida are demanding change from State of Florida. They say the reopening guidelines have been discriminatory towards bar businesses.

”To the Governor, this broad-brush approach that you’re taking to all businesses, stand-alone bars in the State of Florida is wrong, it’s discriminatory and it solves nothing,” Bar owner Melissa Black said.
