CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Family and community members gathered Sunday at Somer's Garden to remember Somer Thompson, the little girl who disappeared on her way home from school ten years ago.
Her killer, Jarred Harrell, pleaded guilty to killing the 7-year-old and will spend the rest of his life in prison without possibility of parole. He was given 6 life sentences.
