The father of a Jacksonville teenager who was shot to death four years ago memorialized his son in a variety of ways on Wednesday.
In one of his Facebook post, Ron Davis, the father of Jordan Davis, said he would visit a spot next to the Jacksonville Beach Pier, which he said was he and Jordan's favorite place on the beach.

Davis also made a donation to the Clara White Mission before visiting Jacksonville Beach.
Another of his posts on Facebook reads: "Tomorrow is the fourth anniversary of my greatest loss...I love you son."
He also said in the post that he will visit the Gate gas station on Baymeadows Road and Southside Boulevard Wednesday at 7:40 p.m., the same time when his son was shot and killed. He said he will lay flowers on a plaque dedicated to his son, which he did.
Jordan Davis was shot and killed Davis was shot and killed by Michael Dunn at the gas station after an argument over Davis playing loud music from his car. Dunn is serving life in prison.
At the Gate gas station on Wednesday night, people were playing their loud music in Jordan Davis' honor.

The murder of Davis made the national headlines and resulted in a documentary, "3 1/2 Minutes," that chronicled the shooting and trial of Dunn. Lucia McBath, the mother of Jordan Davis, is a frequent speaker and presenter on gun control and a spokeswoman and outreach community organizer for Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.
Michael Dunn's attorney, Terry Roberts, plans to file a motion asking the Florida Appeals Court to reconsider its decision of rejecting Dunn's appeal. In his appeal, Dunn said he acted in self-defense when he killed Davis.
