UPDATE: Benjamin Karg was safely located, FDLE officials say after he was reported missing out of Yulee.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has sent out an alert for a missing child from Nassau County.
Benjamin Karg, 9, has been reported missing.
He may be in Jacksonville or Yulee, Florida.
According to FDLE he was last seen wearing a black Fortnight shirt, a Pittsburg Penguins hooded sweatshirt and grey sweatpants.
He may be wearing glasses and has an oval-shaped birthmark on his left calf.
FDLE said the child may be in the company of Crystal Karg, who was last seen wearing a pink soft-shell jacket, grey shirt, light blue jeans and knee-high brown boots.
She may be traveling in a 2006 green, dark Honda Pilot with a North Carolina tag number VSR8426.
