Correction: The Florida Highway Patrol originally released a report with the name Jason Herbert, but has since made a correction and released a new report with the name Jason Bittner.

A 34-yr-old motorcyclist was killed and his passenger injured Saturday night when a car turned into its path on SR A1A and Amelia Island Parkway, FHP said.
