JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Here’s what the First Alert Weather Team said you can expect for the forecast:
- A few evening storms will come to a quick end with lows in the 70s.
- The rest of the week will be hot with only isolated t’storms before at least a bit of an uptick in storm coverage Friday afternoon. Highs will reach well into the 90s with feel-like temps. 103-108.

Tropics:
- 3 areas to track over the Atlantic: (1) Wave over the Central Atlantic that will reach the Caribbean late this week but unlikely to develop… (2) stronger wave over the far Eastern Atlantic that does have the potential to develop – likely to go north/northeast of the Caribbean in the long range while turning more northwest then gradually more north…. (3) Disturbance that was east of Jax Saturday Is moving across the North Atlantic away from the U.S. – unlikely to develop. Next name: “Cristobal”.
