JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — We have warm temperatures and onshore winds this morning.
- The east winds will bring us rain at times, especially near the coast
- Showers in general will shift toward I-95 midday & inland this afternoon
- The most rain will be in NE FL while SE GA looks drier
- Winds shift tomorrow, letting both sea breezes advance inland
- There will be storms Friday afternoon between I-95 & Hwy 301
- We’re updating the rain timing as it pertains to Friday Night Football
- Offshore winds this weekend heat us up a bit and bring rain & storms back to I-95 & the beaches
- Then the wind comes back off the ocean Labor Day & the first half of next week
- There will be storms this holiday weekend, but it won’t be a washout
