Three missing Florida children found safe, authorities say

UPDATE: According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, the three missing children have been safely located. Christy, the other adult involved is in custody.

A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for three missing children from Dade City, Florida.

According to FDLE, Christopher Christy,1, Justin Simonds,6, and Jeremy Simonds,6,were last seen in the 35000 block of Cook Avenue of Dade City on Tuesday.

Christopher is described as a white boy with blonde hair and blue eyes and weighs about 25 pounds.

Justin and Jeremy both wear their long hair in a ponytail. Both have brown hair and brown eyes and weigh about 39 to 40 pounds.

The children may be in the company of Christopher Christy Sr., who was last seen wearing a light colored t-shirt and camouflage pants and Shannon Adams.

Christy Sr. has multiple tattoos. He has the letter "C" on his left arm, the letter "C" on his right forearm, the words "Turn 'Em Out" on his left hand, and a star on his right arm.

They may be traveling in a 2005, cream-colored Chrysler PT Cruiser  with a possible donut tire with the Florida tag number 663HB.

They may be headed to the North Carolina area, authorities said.
