JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A former Thomas Jefferson Elementary teacher was arrested Thursday on molestation charges.
Douglas Bailey is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under the age of 12, according to a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
The Duval County School District has only confirmed that Bailey was a teacher at the school and resigned in April.
