JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Former J-E-A CEO Aaron Zahn has been released from federal prison and into a halfway house. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website, Zahn’s current location is listed as Orlando Residential Re-Entry Management, a Federal Bureau of Prisons field office that oversees halfway houses.
Action News Jax reported when Zahn entered a federal correctional institution in Edgefield, South Carolina in January of 2025.
Zahn was convicted in 2024 on conspiracy and wire fraud charges after a four-week trial. Federal prosecutors say he tried to make millions in a failed attempt to sell J-E-A.
Zahn’s current release date is listed as January 12th, 2027.
