UPDATE, 4/30/18: The victim's father told Action News Jax, two of the victims killed in the crash were his daughter Darrika Word, 21, and her one-year-old son Jacquez Johnson Jr. Jacquez Johnson Sr, the toddler's father, was also killed in the crash, family said.

Family members have also confirmed that a 4-year-old girl also died in the crash. The Florida Highway Patrol confirmed Monday afternoon that the 4-year-old girl died.
Three people, including a young boy, died in a crash Sunday on U.S. 17 in East Palatka, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP didn’t have exact ages as of late Sunday night, but said the child killed is likely 2 or 3 years old.
Troopers believe his parents, who were in the front seat of the blue Kia, were also killed.
The child’s 15-year-old brother and 4-year-old sister were with the little boy in the backseat and should be OK, according to FHP.
FHP says eight patients, in all, were involved in the crash. Troopers said the three people in the white SUV should also be OK.
Authorities received a call at 6:32 p.m., reporting that a crash had happened near the Corky Bell's Seafood restaurant near Brunner Lane.
FHP said the Kia crossed the center line for an unknown reason, causing the head-on crash between the two vehicles.
Troopers believe the family in the Kia may have been leaving a function with loved ones.
Investigators are awaiting next of kin notification to release the victim's names.
FHP said seatbelts were in use.
