Free admission to MOSH in January, February

For about a month, the Museum and Science and History in Jacksonville is offering free admission in light of the opening of its Anne Frank exhibit.

From now until Feb. 12, admission is free to get into the museum. As a way to further highlight Anne Frank: A History for Today, which runs now until Feb. 12, the museum is hosting a list of events.

Some of the events include readings, poetry workshops and film screenings.

The shows in the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium are $5 per person, per show during this time.

Anne Frank: A History for Today is an international traveling exhibition curated by the Anne Frank Center in New York. It portrays the story of Anne Frank, a young Jewish girl who gained international fame for her posthumous publication of her diary that was written while she and her family were in hiding during World War II.

Bank of America or Merrill Lynch offer free admission for the first weekend of every month if one provides their credit or debit card for those banks and a picture ID.

Check the events calendar at annefrankjax.com for a list of programs and special events admission costs.
