JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Funeral details for Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office’s Auxiliary Sergeant Lou Livatino has been released.
Livatino passed away last week, following a battle with COVID-19 complications.
A funeral will take place on February 5 at 11 am. at North Jacksonville Baptist Church. The funeral will be open to the public and face coverings will be required in the building. Those wishing to pay their respects can also attend the viewing which will start at 10 a.m., one hour prior to the start of the funeral service.
The Sheriff’s Office says Livatino was a United States Navy veteran and volunteered his time as a member of JSO’s Police Auxiliary Section for nearly 10 years. We’re told that Livatino also served on JSO’s Honor Guard and ‘cherished’ doing so.
