ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Governor Rick Scott will be in St. Augustine Friday for a high-level military promotion.
The governor is promoting Brigadier General Michael Calhoun to major general and chief military advisor.
The ceremony will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the St. Francis Barracks in St. Augustine.
