JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A local neighborhood is claiming victory over a couple they call 'nuisance neighbors.'
Action News was the only crew there while police searched the couple's home and took them into custody.
Yellow crime tape wrapped around the house on the corner of Magnolia Avenue and Walburg Street seems to blend in with the rest of the Halloween decorations.
But the flashing police lights of the Green Cove Springs police cars stood out.
"We have the cops over here all the time, for them," said neighbor Everett Holmes.
Holmes' camera caught the footage of the police hauling Carl and Glenda Raggins off to jail this morning.

"They do have pretty extensive criminal histories dealing with drug use," said Sgt. Joe Buchanan.
The couple is accused of filing a false police report in a different case. Neighbors said the Raggins have been a problem for years. Many neighbors installed floodlights in their backyards and security cameras, all of them trained on the house the cops raided Thursday.
Neighbors said the cameras also catch alleged drug deals and vandalism happening at the home.
"A lot (of) foot traffic going through here," said Buchanan.
"The past six months, we've been hollering real hard on them, trying to get the cops over here and finally," Holmes said.
"You never hit any home runs if you don't take a swing; we had a search warrant, we check," said Buchanan.
A home run Holmes hopes will knock this couple out of his neighborhood.
"Pretty excited for it finally, victory on them," said Holmes.
