According to a police report, a male certified nursing assistant named Marwil Cenido came in to give him a bath and then allegedly performed a sex act against his will.
“I wouldn't have expected this to happen to me of all places but in a hospital,” Neal said.
St. Vincent’s issued a statement about the lawsuit that reads in part, “We reported the alleged incident to police and terminated the employee in question after his arrest. Due to patient privacy laws, we are unable to discuss specifics. However, we remain concerned about the allegations in this case and take them very seriously.”

According to the police, Cenido was arrested. Neal’s lawyer says charges against Cenido were dropped.
Attorneys also say Cenido relinquished his license to be a C.N.A.
But Neal says that’s not enough. He wants the hospital to take responsibility for what happened to him.
