Here’s where the DEA says you can drop off prescription drugs this Saturday

Getting rid of unused prescription drugs from your medicine cabinets could potentially save a life.

That’s why the Drug Enforcement Administration will host its 21st National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The one-day event offers more than 200 collection sites throughout the state of Florida where people can dispose anonymously disposal of unneeded medications for free.

Since the start of Take Back Day has removed more than 7,000 tons of medication from circulation.
