Jacksonville child care center steps up to help those affected by Creative Minds Academy closure

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A child care center in Jacksonville is stepping up to help those affected by the abrupt closure of Creative Minds Academy.

Kid City USA on San Jose Boulevard tells Action News Jax they are waiving the registration fee for new students and providing a possible tuition match to help in the transition.

The center provides children ages six weeks to 12 years old "exceptional childcare and early childhood education," according to its website. "We pride ourselves on allowing children to grow and develop in a hands-on, literacy enriched environment."
