A local woman told Action News Jax her 1-year-old daughter was left outside on a day care playground with no supervision.
It happened at a Kindercare on Baymeadows Way near Phillips Highway.
The Department of Children and Families and Child Protection is investigating that Kindercare.

The facility had a previous Class 1 violation for inadequate supervision of children in September of 2018 which led to a $500 fine.
Over the past two years, the facility has had more than a dozen other violations including two that were also regarding inadequate supervision.
Action News Jax tried to speak with administrators at the facility and they referred us to their corporate office for comment.

We reached out to the corporate office and we’re still waiting for a response.
The local woman who contacted Action News Jax said she wants other parents to be aware so this doesn’t happen to them.
So far, only one parent shared her concerns involving her child, however this incident is still under investigation.
