Action News Jax first brought you Hamm's heartwarming story in February, when she adopted two severely abused twin girls after meeting one of the girls during her shift in the intensive care unit at Wolfson's Children's Hospital.

Fallon partnered with Barbie and gave the girls the $100,000 during a Christmas-themed episode.

The story has since gone viral.
