JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville police said it responded to a ShotSpotter call late Monday in the 1700 block of W. 26th Street. Around the same time officers were dispatched to the hospital for a walk-in gunshot patient at about 11:25 p.m.
Officers arrived at the hospital and located the victim, a man in his early 20’s, suffering from gunshot wounds, a Jacksonville police news release states. “The suspect is currently unknown,” the news release states.
