The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for the gunman that shot a man multiple times in the 4450 block of Trenton Drive South Wednesday night.
Officers said they received a call at 8:40 p.m. about a shooting.
The victim described as a black man between the ages of 17 and 20 years old was found dead in a silver four-door car.
The man who was pronounced dead at the scene, was shot multiple times, according to JSO.
Officials are working to contact the owner of a car, in hopes the woman is a relative of the man.
JSO said evidence indicates that it was a "walk up" shooting.
At this time, it is not known if the gunman fled on foot or in a car.
