JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in tracking down a robbery suspect they say held three youths up at gunpoint.

It happened July 17 at the Super 8 Motel on Youngerman Circle.

Police say the suspect approached three girls, ages 12, 14 and 18, in a stairwell after they left a room.

When they said no, the report said the women came back seconds later holding a black handgun. The suspect then pointed a gun to the 18-year-old's head saying, "game all that or I’ll shoot her!"

The police report said the suspect approached them and asked, "Do you know anywhere I can by some weed?"

The report said she would hold the gun to all of their heads, but no one was harmed.

Police say she ran off towards Blanding Boulevard.

The suspect is described as a black female in her mid-20s, 5’11” and weighing around 150 pounds. Victims told police she had “rectangle-shaped glasses, big lips and crooked teeth” that were “pointing out of her mouth.”

Anyone with any information about the suspect is asked to contact JSO at 904-630-0500 or email JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org. To remain anonymous and receive a possible reward up to $3,000, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.
