JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The man accused in the road rage murder of an incoming Jacksonville University student is being held without bond.
Meanwhile, JU is making plans to honor the young woman, who had a four-year merit scholarship to attend the university.
Bianca Roberson, 18, planned to major in criminal justice. According to her obituary, her dream was to become an FBI agent.

According to a study done by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, of the more than 2,000 drivers surveyed, 80 percent expressed significant anger while driving.
Action News Jax received video over the weekend showing two women punching each other at a traffic light.
It’s unclear what led to the violence but we’re told one of the women is from the Jacksonville area and is pregnant. The physical altercation caused her to go to the emergency room.
“Her mistake was getting out of the car,” said Action News Jax crime & safety expert Ken Jefferson.
Jefferson said it’s in your power to not allow the incident to escalate, but if it does there are two simple steps you can take.
“Your best defense is two things: one, staying in the car and then calling the police,” Jefferson said.
But some drivers we spoke with today said they apply other tactics to stay calm.
“Just listen to music that's on the radio and keep it going,” Mathew Woconish said.

“My personal opinion is you have to ignore it,” Mohammad Hakim said.
Roberson is the latest victim of road rage. Instead of helping her prepare to attend JU in the fall, her family is now mourning her death.
Police said David Desper, 28, shot her in the head over who got to merge into a lane first.
“You should not become so angry at a traffic offense that you are willing to kill someone over it. That is just beyond my comprehension,” Jefferson said.
