Jacksonville woman wins $1 million lottery prize

A Jacksonville woman got lucky on a $25 lottery ticket.

Shirley Hayward, of Jacksonville, won a $1 million prize in the $10,000,000 Florida Cash Scratch-Off game.

Hayward bought her ticket at Prime Time Supermarket on Kings Road.

She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $726,003.03.
