The event combines local and regional beverage samples with food tastings and nighttime access to select animal habitats.
VIP admission begins at 5:30 p.m. VIP guests receive access to exclusive vendors, live music at the Watering Hole Bar and a mobile tavern bar provided by the St. Augustine Distillery.
Outdoor animal habitats remain accessible until 8:30 p.m. Although most zoo animals retire before the event begins, attendees can view jaguars, flamingos and gorillas, as well as attend animal care specialist talks and enrichment sessions featuring tigers and other wildlife.
