JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — JEA’s online payment system will not be available from Friday, Jan. 16 at 9 p.m. to Sunday, Jan. 18 at 9 p.m. during system upgrades.
Customers will not be able to pay their bills with the automated phone system or online.

If you make a payment during this time at JEA third party locations, the payment will not be posted to your account until Monday, Jan. 19.
