The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department are responding to a traffic incident at Youngerman Circle and Blanding Boulevard.
According to JFRD, it involves a car versus a pedestrian. Serious injuries have been reported.
The lanes have been cleared and traffic is now moving.
