JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to a fire early Friday at JAX Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery on Beach Boulevard near San Pablo Road S. Crews were called to the location at about 2:30 a.m.
No injuries were reported and the cause has not yet been determined, according to JFRD. The state fire marshal’s office is investigating.
