NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — The woman accused of killing Nassau County mother Joleen Cummings more than a year ago has been moved to a psychiatric hospital.

Action News Jax has learned that Kimberly Kessler is now at the Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, which is about an hour west of Tallahassee near the Florida-Georgia state line.
Kessler was ruled incompetent to stand trial at the beginning of July in Nassau County court.
She is due for a status hearing on January 9 in Nassau County.
Kessler is the only suspect in Cummings' death. Kessler, who was Cummings' coworker at a Nassau County hair salon is charged with murder.
